Covid Policy & Procedure

Whilst we ensure we carry out social distancing guidelines and use PPE whilst making and delivering your balloons, we cannot guarantee that we have not been exposed to Covid -19.

So as with all online deliveries this is at the customers own risk and Basically Balloons UK will not be held responsible should the virus be contracted. 

We politely request that as part of your booking agreement that you notify us immediately if you are experiencing Covid symptoms and are isolating or shielding for your own protection so that we can ensure we can still safely undertake your delivery. 

We have gone to extreme lengths in our work shop to make sure we are sanitised where possible but Covid 19 is known to stay on surfaces and materials for a number of days.
